- Created upskilling pages, dedicated to each skill for centralizing critical learning resources and relevant connected content, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Rolled out a new, streamlined skills survey workflow for regular employee self-assessments and manager evaluations
- Overhauled email notifications across nearly all functionality, providing timely reminders for completion, expiration, and other crucial actions like closing out regular assessments
- Deployed a new method to seamlessly connect internal subject matter experts and mentors to specific skills, enabling easy discovery through robust search
- Unveiled an entirely new, highly efficient workflow for certifications, complete with proactive expiration notifications
- Delivered a flexible, new skills matrix for job roles and competency groups, alongside a comprehensive training matrix, clearly showcasing when employees are trained on specific skills.
