Pricing that ascends with you 

Starter is billed monthly. Professional and Enterprise are prepaid annually. Employee counts are for any employee, manager or administrator enrolled in SkillsDB.

For Starter, you can pay and signup right away to start using SkillDB. With Professional or Enterprise, you'll work with our team to better understand your needs and get you going as soon as possible. Depending on the complexity of your organization and needs, it traditionally takes less than one week. 

Onboarding, integration, customer success and professional services are all available at any pricing level. We strongly recommend adding services at the Professional tier, and essentially require it for Enterprise.

Monthly subscription payments are by credit card only. For Professional and Enterprise, you can be invoiced and by via ACH or bank wire. 

We guarantee that you will be satisfied with SkillsDB. If you aren't, we'll refund your most recent monthly payment. You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Once you are in Professional or Enterprise tiers our contracts work a bit differently, but we still want you to be stoked. 

We encourage you to start with our free trial, as it gives a clear understanding of how critical SkillsDB can be for organizations. If you do this, we can transition the data to a paid product instance. Should you choose to not continue after the free trial, your data will be permanently deleted.
